Cara Mach is a board certified massage therapist who earned her Therapeutic Massage Certificate from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Trained in both clinical and relaxation massage techniques, she brings a well-rounded and compassionate approach to her practice.
Cara is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel heard. She believes in the power of collaboration—working alongside each client and, when appropriate, coordinating with other health care professionals to help meet their unique health and wellness goals through personalized massage therapy.
Cara lives in Hutchinson and enjoys spending time with her family and her many pets. Outside of work, she finds joy in reading, watching movies, and exploring creative outlets.
